Lead Climb With Confidence

A confidence-first approach to lead climbing-built on clarity, courage, and real experience.

Confidence isn't something you have. It's something you bulld.

You don’t need to become fearless.

You need a better relationship with risk.

Confidence isn't the absence of fear. It's trusting yourself to respond well— even when there is a lot at stake.

About Kendall

I have always been passionate about the mental/emotional side of sports. Early on, I was naturally confident. I climbed high above bolts, took big whippers, and pushed myself hard. Then, in 2020, I fell off a cliff and spent 6 weeks in the hospital. Returning to climbing with confidence after that took much more intention. That was the birth of these concepts.

In the following years, I took what I had learned to skiers and climbers in Park City and Salt Lake City. Hundreds of reps refined these concepts to the point they are at today. Now, I hope to bring them to you.

I've rebuilt this relationship with risk myself.
